As part of your services, you will receive a private client portal, which is a third party, HIPAA compliant platform, with all of the benefits and security it offers. DISCOVERY CALL – FREE: Let’s talk! I offer a complimentary no-obligation 30-minute discovery call to get to know you. We can talk about your questions and goals, and how I may be able to help you within my scope of practice.
SUNBURST BEGINNING – $95 TOTAL: Initial virtual consultation onboarding includes:
- Nutrition Services Intake Process
- Initial Nutrition Assessment
- 60-minute Consultation Appointment – In our first appointment held remotely, we will do a full nutritional assessment and talk about your concerns & individual needs. We will discuss goals you would like to reach and any obstacles that you have, and together we will set steps towards your goals.
- Full access and membership to your Practice Better private client portal with all the benefits, including a Food & Mood Journal to log your food intake, an exercise log, water intake tracking, a food database to track your food and nutrients, and you will receive personalized educational handouts, recipes, and information from me tailored to your goals.
- I will provide daily journal reviews on your client portal.
- I use “That Clean Life,” a nutrition planning service for nutrition professionals, to create personalized recipe collections just for you that are based upon your unique dietary needs & preferences. Personalized meal plans are also available, included with your services.
- Optional: Fullscript recommendations and wellness protocols will be provided. You can also sync your Fitbit and/or Cronometer account.
SUNBURST SHINE – $80 TOTAL – 60 minutes:
Continued Nutrition Consulting & Education held remotely (must have had a Sunburst Beginning Session first to schedule a Sunburst Shine Appointment)
In this 60-minute appointment, we will celebrate your victories, talk through any struggles you may be having, and continue working together to support you moving forward in meeting your goals. We will work together with continued goal setting towards your personal nutritional goals. You will continue to have full access and membership to your private client portal with the resources and benefits provided. Personalized recipes and meal plans will continue to be provided with your appointment.
SUNBURST MINI – $45 TOTAL – 30 minutes:
Continued Nutrition Consulting & Education held remotely (must have had a Sunburst Beginning Session first to schedule a Sunburst Mini Appointment.)
In our 30-minute appointment, we will celebrate your victories, talk through any struggles you may be having, and continue working together to support you moving forward in meeting your goals. We will work together with continued goal setting towards your personal nutritional goals. You will continue to have full access and membership to your private client portal and the resources and benefits provided. Personalized recipes and meal plans will continue to be provided with your appointment.
