Chia Seed Pudding

Springtime is here and it feels like chia pudding time!! Mix two tablespoons of chia seeds with 1/2 cup of your favorite plant based milk – stir again in ten minutes and refrigerate. I love to mix in a scoop of protein powder to boost my protein intake, and you can also add strawberries on top, a dollop of yogurt, or anything you want!!
